In a rapidly evolving world, the future of work is a topic that constantly captures the attention of leaders, professionals, and organisations alike. It’s about adapting, innovating, and ensuring that our work environments are conducive to collective success. The “Future of Work” conference, hosted by Engage Employee on the 11th October, brought together experts and thought leaders to explore critical facets of this evolving landscape. The day also featured three sessions led by our very own Forty1 experts. These sessions provided invaluable insights and practical takeaways for thriving in the ever-changing world of work:

Jason Frank, a Senior Engagement Consultant, and Jessica Holt, a Senior Behavioural Scientist, facilitated a session on employee listening. They offered practical advice on using research, communication, engagement, and behavioural science to make informed decisions, enhancing employee engagement and decision-making.

Laura Hunt, a Senior Engagement Consultant and Wellbeing Lead, and Rani Khalon, Engagement Consultant & DEI Centre of Excellence Lead, led a discussion on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion with wellbeing. Attendees explored challenges in fostering belonging and the role of metrics in measuring the effectiveness of these efforts.

Richard Burton, Global Managing Partner, and Jess Holt, a Senior Behavioural Science Consultant, explored the power of social identity in the workplace. They highlighted leadership’s role in fostering authentic social identities, reducing turnover, boosting morale, and enhancing performance.
