Human Advantage Week 2026.

Leading in the Intelligent Era.

9–13 November 2026 | Online, global, free

When technology is everywhere, what creates sustainable advantage?

The Forty1 Human Advantage Week 2026 – five days of ideas, evidence and conversation on how organisations turn change and technology into better performance through people.

AI is changing work fast. But access to the technology is only part of the story.

The bigger question is human: how do organisations turn AI and transformation into better performance through people?

At Forty1, we call that Human Advantage: the edge organisations create when their people are equipped to turn change and technology into better performance.

The Forty1 Human Advantage Week brings together senior leaders, client voices and experts from Forty1 and across Inizio to explore what that takes in practice.

We’ll open the week by asking what creates sustainable advantage when intelligent technology is available to everyone. Then, across three live collective sessions, we’ll bring together expert perspectives and the experience of leaders in the room to explore the question from different angles, before bringing the strongest insights together in a final wrap-up.

Human Advantage Week is designed to dip in and out of. Join the conversations most relevant to your role and priorities – one session or several – and receive the opening and closing conversations on demand.
