The challenge

To highlight everything our client has to offer current and future employees, with a particular emphasis on sustainability.

The solution

We developed a new employee value proposition with real people at its heart. After carrying out employee listening sessions, focus groups and interviews, we designed a new framework around the tagline ‘Builders of Progress’. This included an inspiring creative platform featuring a new visual identity, onboarding toolkits, brand guidelines, merchandise and digital assets. 

We also crafted a suite of content assets for the Careers section​ of the client website. This included a photoshoot with global employees and a series of films in which colleagues not only demonstrated their own career progression, but their pride at recent projects aiming to reduce the impact of climate change.
