To build deeper connections between colleagues who have a diverse range of skills and inspire them to work together even more effectively.​

The solution​

We crafted an inspirational story and suite of communications to bring the narrative to life for our global pharmaceutical client. We carried out interviews with a variety of employees to better understand the need. A flagship virtual event then acted as a catalyst to explore what could be achieved together. To embed these ideas, we created a suite of communication assets, including a visual identity, films and succinct messaging to promote the idea that this team are ‘shaping science’ through their work.​
