Engaging a global team with a new learning program

Summary

The challenge

Helping medical professionals around the world to understand the importance of participating in this soft skills learning program.

The solution

Following a number of virtual employee listening sessions, we created
the name, messaging, and a communications and engagement plan to support the launch of this major new learning programme. This included customised guides for leaders, managers and employees. By listening to how people wanted to learn, we were able to craft impactful messaging that explained why this program was so important for individual and collective success.

The impact

Throughout the project, we experienced high levels of engagement, as both leaders and employees embraced the opportunity to help shape the right programme for them.
