To develop a unified core people proposition that would help an incredibly large, complex and diverse global services business to attract, retain and engage the best talent in a fiercely competitive market.
The solution
After carrying out a series of employee listening sessions and interviews, we created a global people proposition to deliver on a newly launched brand promise and establish credibility as an aspirational employer, launched and activated for 350,000 employees.
Our slogan was ‘Get the future you want’ and was heavily influenced by our engagement with current employees. We supported the launch of the people proposition with digital, film, virtual and in-person event activations.
