The challenge
This global leader in animal health had outgrown its approach to employee communications through a period of rapid change.

The solution
We conducted a virtual listening exercise to understand how people around the world really felt about employee communications. Driven by this insight, we worked with the team to create a whole new employee communications strategy. This involved a new way to use channels; a much clearer system for organising and sharing content; a newly designed visual identity; a new way to tell stories; enhanced PoliteMail templates and usage; intranet enhancements; and a new writing style guide.
