Too Good to Go’s mission is to reduce food waste. After rapid expansion, they were beginning their DEI journey and needed help to set their key priorities.
The solution
By carrying out employee listening, we helped Too Good to Go to develop a DEI taskforce and equipped them with the tools to move forward. We crafted a DEI manifesto, a ‘North Star’ to guide priorities, and produced a DEI glossary. We acted as an expert partner for senior leadership, with regular consultation, giving them the confidence to continue their DEI journey.
