A three-week travelling fair across New York, Buffalo and Chicago to help colleagues reconnect with each other and the benefits of office working.
By working with the client to identify key employee personas, we were able to define and address the issues that were making people apprehensive about returning to the office.
Each fair brought the opportunity to learn more about internal initiatives and business objectives, share lunch together, enjoy live music, and win prizes. All event communications and registration were managed on our proprietary event platform ‘heddle’, and a tailored guide for managers helped them to encourage employees in.
A huge increase in office attendance for each event, almost doubling in New York, while Buffalo recorded almost three times as many people. In Chicago, numbers increased five-fold.
